Having grown up in Pennington and Hopewell Township, Ryan Kennedy and his family have been members of FoHVOS since its earliest days. He has been a trustee since 2014. Ryan is an attorney in the Lawrenceville office of Stevens & Lee where he represents private and government entities in real estate development, lending, redevelopment and property tax matters, with a particular emphasis on transit-oriented development and condemnation. He also regularly advises clients on campaign finance and pay-to-play law and handles government contracting issues for clients who work with the State of New Jersey.

Ryan is the President of the Board of Directors of the Hopewell Valley YMCA, and a member of the audit committee for Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Hospital. He also chairs the Hopewell Valley Chapter of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Hopewell Borough and Lawrence Township Economic Development Committees and is the Mayor’s designee to the Hopewell Borough Planning Board.
