David Glogoff

David Glogoff joined the board in 2007. He is the General Counsel, US for Aimia, a leading global company specializing in loyalty technology and management, strategy consulting and data analytics with a separate leading marketing services, travel, events and incentive business. Prior to joining Aimia, David was the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary for Vertis, Inc., an advertising and marketing production company, a corporate associate in the Business and Finance Group of the law firm of Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan in Princeton, New Jersey and a litigation associate at the law firm of Flood, Johnston & McShane in New York City where he specialized in environmental law and general litigation.

David graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 1994 and from Hobart College in 1991. He served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Princeton Friends of Open Space from 1999-2000. David lives in Pennington with his wife Christina and three children, Gray, Lauren and Gavin.
